Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how AdSage ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and services. It is maintained by the AdSage team to answer common privacy questions about the product. It is not a certification, legal opinion, or independent verification by any third party.

2. What we collect

We collect information needed to provide the service and communicate with you:

  • Account information: email address, authentication provider identifiers, and profile details you provide when you sign up.
  • Ad account data: with your explicit permission, we read campaign, ad set, ad creative, and insight data from the Meta Marketing API on your behalf. This is read-only and scoped to the accounts you select.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and anonymized interaction events to help us improve the product.
  • Technical data: browser type, IP address, device information, and crash logs.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve AdSage reports and recommendations.
  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • Sync your selected Meta ad accounts and refresh report data.
  • Communicate product updates, respond to support requests, and send optional marketing emails (which you can opt out of).
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and technical issues.

4. Data sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers and subprocessors necessary to run AdSage, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and error-reporting services. A current list of subprocessors is available on request by contacting the team.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. We may use analytics services that set cookies on our domain. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect sign-in or feature functionality.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data and synced ad account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or disconnect an ad account, we remove or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable time, subject to legal or operational retention requirements. If you want your data deleted sooner, contact us at the address below.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to receive a copy of data you provided. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine monitoring. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and only used for the read-only scopes you approve. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your credentials safe.

9. Children's privacy

AdSage is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the product or by email.

11. Contact us
