Data Deletion — AdSage

Your right to delete

You can request permanent deletion of your AdSage account and all associated data at any time. This includes your profile, Meta (Facebook) connection tokens, imported ad metadata, insights, reports, and share links.

In-app deletion (fastest)

Sign in to your AdSage account.
Go to Settings.
Click Delete account and confirm.

Your account, encrypted Meta access tokens, and all synced data are removed from our production database immediately. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

Request by email

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@adsage.app from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete my data". We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Facebook / Meta data

Disconnecting your Meta account in Settings → Connections revokes our access token and deletes all imported ad account data, ad metadata, insights, and reach windows tied to that connection.

You can also revoke AdSage from Facebook directly at Facebook Business Integrations. Revocation from Facebook triggers our deletion webhook and we purge the associated data within 30 days.

What we retain

We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g., billing history, fraud prevention logs) for the period required by applicable regulations. These records contain no ad performance data or access tokens.
